Organizational unit at tactical level, under the Executive Director of Research and Development, co-responsible for the management of the macroprocess of innovation and responsible for the processes of intelligence, planning, structuring, coordination and monitoring of programming, as well as for the management of technical-scientific information. It is also known as SPD from the acronym in Portuguese.
